Client: SouthWest Federal Credit Union

With new competitors entering their marketplace, SouthWest needed a campaign that would help them stand out. RED interviewed customers and developed a tag line that highlighted the key SouthWest advantages: “local values. valued locals.” The campaign focused on their six top demographic sales groups. Their logo was updated and the brand mood was extended to all elements of their communications from billboards and phone messaging to advertisements and building colors. All brand information was contained in a single style guide.
